This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of our services. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Services:
a. Coating Kings Colorado provides Concrete Coating services, including but not limited to remodeling, renovations, repairs, installations, and maintenance.
b. We will perform the agreed-upon services with reasonable care, skill, and professionalism, in accordance with industry standards and any applicable laws or regulations.
Estimates and Quotes:
a. We will provide you with an estimate or quote for the requested services based on the information provided by you. The estimate is subject to change if additional work or materials are required.
b. Any estimate or quote provided is for informational purposes only and is not a binding contract. The final price may vary based on actual project requirements.
Payment:
a. Payment for our services is due as specified in the agreed-upon terms, which may include a deposit, progress payments, or full payment upon project completion.
b. Late payments may be subject to additional fees, interest charges, or suspension of services.
c. All payments shall be made in the currency specified by Coating Kings Colorado.
Changes and Modifications:
a. If you request any changes or modifications to the agreed-upon services, we will evaluate the feasibility and provide you with an updated estimate or quote, if necessary.
b. Changes to the scope of work may result in adjustments to the project timeline and cost.
Project Timeline:
a. We will make reasonable efforts to complete the project within the estimated timeline. However, unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control may cause delays.
b. We will communicate any significant delays or changes to the project timeline promptly.
Materials and Subcontractors:
a. We may use subcontractors, suppliers, or other third parties to provide certain aspects of the home improvement services.
b. We reserve the right to select materials, products, and subcontractors that we deem appropriate for the project, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Warranty and Liability:
a. We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not provide any warranty or guarantee for materials, products, or equipment supplied by third parties.
b. We shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or misuse of our services or any third-party products or materials used during the project.
Insurance:
a. We maintain appropriate liability insurance coverage for our operations. However, it is your responsibility to maintain adequate insurance coverage for your property during the project.
Termination:
a. Either party may terminate this Agreement for material breach by the other party upon written notice.
b. Upon termination, you shall pay for all completed work and any costs or expenses incurred up to the termination date.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Colorado. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Colorado.
Entire Agreement:
a. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Coating Kings Colorado regarding the home improvement services and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
Severability:
a. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
By engaging with our home improvement services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree with these Terms.
